It's ok for what you pay but some unpleasant surprises that might cause you to rethink it

The good: It's one of the cheapest places to stay, and is 5 minutes from the airport. The room itself is decent for the price and good for a couple of nites.The bad: There are sketchy people around, in the parking lot and inside the hotel. On my second night some people had a huge fight in the hall outside my door with a lot of crazy yelling, screaming, cursing. They sounded like they were on drugs and not only was I awoken in the middle of the night but I was half expecting them to burst through my door. The shower head was broken and half hanging off the rod but still usable. I got one pillow and a thin blanket. In Rochester, in March. I asked for a second pill at the front desk, got the nod but never got the pillow. Spend the extra to go elsewhere

I understand the phrase “You get what you pay for” but wow this one was bad. The place is extremely dirty. The parking lot and grounds with littered. The room was filthy. The tub had sitting water in the drain. Please don’t be like me and take your family there to save a few bucks. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Most disgusting hotel ever

The first room I was placed in had the curtains pulled out of the wall. Literally. The 2nd room was disgustingly dirty including feces around toilet. I don’t believe this room had been cleaned in years! Bedding was non existent. Gum stuck on heater. Vaseline type smears on the mirrors. Bits of toilet paper on flooring. Broken window as well. A violent fight broke out with screaming in room next to me and office would not answer my calls. I had a very late check-in and had planned on staying two nights. I slept a few hours in my clothes on top of the dirty blanket and checked out early morning. Do not ever stay here!!! I did tell desk clerk what I thought and he clearly could not have cared less. Dirty & Unsafe: Stay Away!

I knew this was a cheap hotel, and wasn't expecting luxury. But I also wasn't expecting: no smoke detector, dirty sheets, an unswept floor, a filthy microwave , a broken shower head, a broken luggage rack, no chair in the room, a faulty light switch, an empty toilet paper dispenser, and an empty shower gel dispenser. The desk manager himself had to come in and change the sheets, sweep and mop the floor, and fix the light. To make matters worse, the key pad entries on the back and side entrances to the hotel were broken, allowing anyone to walk in. If you want to spend 100+bucks on a room in a hotel that is basically a welfare hotel, filled with illegal aliens situated in the hood, then this place is for you. To add insult to injury, they ripped me off upon check in by not honoring my discount price with tripadvisor. So much more to add but I want to forget this crap hole.
