Good location and friendly staff. The facility needs some attention and deep cleaning. Many wear and tear issues that need to be addressed in public areas and guest rooms. All seating in the breakfast area needs to be replaced (photos attached). Paint touch ups on walls next to bed and cleaning issues in the shower. Had Amazing experience during the stay. Rooms were very clean. Staff was quite friendly. Very convenient location and plenty of parking. Unfortunately I can only think of two good things. The first one is that the room I was assigned was right next to the elevator and the second is that their shampoo and conditioner is good quality other than that nothing else is worth returning to the hotel. The room had extremely poor lighting. No working outlet at the night table. No extra rolls of toilet paper in the room. No daily cleaning. Br… Unfortunately I can only think of two good things. DANGEROUS: Bed Bugs in Room 220 - Management Refused to Help

STAY AWAY. I stayed here Jan 17-18, 2026 (Room 220) with my wife and 3-year-old. I woke up to find a LIVE BED BUG crawling on me and bite marks on my neck. I immediately brought the bug and photos to the front desk.While they eventually refunded the room night, the General Manager (Smit P.) refused to cover the $1,000+ in decontamination costs we incurred to keep our home safe.
