I stayed there in April and I left a review about the issues about my stay. John Bifarella reached out via email to apologize for my stay and offered me 2500 points along with the 5000 points I earned when I spun the wheel at check in. Great stay and quiet

Great stay, quiet. I have been here a few times. Could have been a pinch cleaner but not bad. I overlooked the parking lot and it was REALLY quiet. Two thumbs up for that. I might add: I went to the breakfast buffet (NOT FREE) and all I had was a small cup of fruit and a coffee. The waiter only charged me for that! NOT the usual buffet. That means I will be back! On the surface, this is a nice hotel. Many areas are re-modeled, and there is a huge open atrium where the pool and bar are located.However, I did have some issues with it:I book a standard room, but I was given a handicapped room. We stayed for 5 nights. Worst hotel I have stayed in many years. Three different our room never got serviced. The 2nd morning we discovered that the bed spread had big red blotches on it. Not sure if it was make up or blood marks. I have pictures. This not just spots, it was a big area. House keeping was the worst. Hall carpet was not cleaned all the time we were there. First off, I NEVER leave reviews…Before going to bed I brushed my teeth & the sink stopper was down & I couldn’t get it out. Nor is there a lever to get it up/out. So the sink filled with water.The beds are very comfortable & it was quiet all around. (The reason for the 2-star, otherwise it would’ve been a 1)Then I woke up to shower.
