Location

Nestled at the base of the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, the hotel is ideally located on the strip in the heart of South Reno's new restaurant, entertainment and shopping district. There are over 40 golf courses just minutes away and Reno's closest casino resort to area skiing.

Facility

The resort has 1000 rooms, which are located on 27 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers golf. The surroundings of the complex offer an ideal environment for skiing. Ski passes are available locally. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments.     Our stay was wonderful, from the room to dining too the great staff and hospitality. My wife and I are both recently retired so with every dollar spent we look for value and you guys nailed it on the head. Got reservations. I ask specifically, twice about resort fees. Was told that when you book directly through the hotel resort fees are included in the total price paid to reserve these rooms(already paid). Absolute lie !I also requested a smoking room as I have two friends that smoke. Was told no smoking rooms were available but for $30 we can upgrade you to a smoking room, that was fine, I agreed. Another absolute lie !Arrived at the resort, was told they would need my card for resort fees $45 a day and incedintals. I explained what happened with the reservation and they denied this is what I was told on the phone, with the manager standing right next the the person helping me. They said if you book through a third party they don't control that. How can it be a third party when you call there direct number ? All there help was is that we can can cancel your reservation and loose a total room fee. Mind you we traveled from NY. Exhausted on a plane all day. Didn't have a choice they got you !Not sure exactly what is going on here but this is very deceptive to me. Sounds like a baiting tactic.Needless to say I would not recommend this resort or say here

    We love the happy hour. The food and drinks are very tasty. Never saw our waiter after ordering. we thought he would come around to see if we wanted another drink or additional food items before happy hour ended. We enjoy the variety of slot machines.     The Atlantis Buffet offers the best buffet in all Reno, particularly the Friday thru Sunday Seafood buffet!Plenty of all-you-can-eat Steamed or Cold Fresh Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab, tasty shucked Raw Oysters, perfect marbled Prime Rib, Salad Bars, and the finest prepared variety of Bakery and Deserts items to complement a perfect reasonably priced family dinner. The friendly staff will always insure courtesy service and sanitary environment. EDL.     Wonderful service at the Steakhouse by Colton and Nancy. Excellent food, timing without rushing (I hate when the entree is brought before I finish a salad), excellent wine, and cocktails as well.
