This location has had the pool closed and elevator down for months - maybe a year. Having only one working elevator for a four story hotel must be a fire code violation. My partner travels with a service dog and it is really difficult to manage the wait for an elevator to take you down so he can walk his dog. Breakfast is not competitive and costs $11, but only includes cheap carbs.. Go to Hilton… This location has had the pool closed and elevator down for months - maybe a year. I made reservations weeks in advance and paid in full. Upon checking in they scammed me saying they were full and the room i booked with two beds was sold out and I had to take a room with one bed. Excuse me? What happened to my confirmed and paid reservation for my family? They said they gave my room away to Hyatt member. Unacceptable. Very dog friendly hotel, pet cleaning fee was high for a one night stay but overall this was a really comfortable stay, the room had a small sectional and a wet bar. There are no rugs in the room. The mirrors for the sink face the bed which is unsettling. The TV is not really watchable from anywhere except one part of the bed. The desk is right next to the TV so good luck working if the other person you're with wants to watch tv. The room was painted so poorly. I could have done a better job.
