The hotel staff were great, but the hotel itself is dated. The room was fine, but the blanket on the bed needed a duvet. It looked like a mattress pad. The worst part was that the showers had no hot water, and the breakfast was among the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The experience was not great. The kitchen was not stocked. It had one pot that was completely ruined and unusable, no utensils. There was no soap. The complimentary breakfast was the same everyday. Very minimal options, scrambled eggs that I saw them dumping into serving trays from plastic bags. You had to use styrofoam bowls, paper plates and plastic utensils.
