This was our first time at Zags and we will be back. The bed was comfy and the room clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. Making s’mores around the fire after we checked in was a pleasantSurprise. At breakfast in the morning we were greeted and served by the friendliest gentleman, Juan, he definitely went above and beyond! Unhappy with hidden fees and lackluster breakfast

The staff was kind. But be aware:- there is no free parking, you have to pay $40 a day.- the free breakfast is a complete joke. Just bagels, coffee and cold boiled eggs. Thats it. No hot food at all. No meats, no oatmeal. It’s ridiculous.- there’s no microwave in the rooms. Even better than expected!

I was so pleasently surprised by the quality of Hotel Zags! We picked our stay there for affordibility and location, and were not expecting to be blown away by so many great amenities. The restaurant/bar downstairs was great, there were amazing outdoor firepits to enjoy, there were boardgames available to use, the decor was fun and unique, and there were some cool events going on (like smores nigh… I was so pleasently surprised by the quality of Hotel Zags!
