Spent two nights, it was a nice room, clean and quiet. Great location to the MODA center. Easy to get around inside the hotel. Loved the little market inside the hotel. They have a cold water station in the lobby that you can fill water bottles with. Did not dine at the restaurant. There is basically no service at all. I paid over $1000 per night and the staff can’t even bring an Uber eats order to our room. Would never book this hotel again. The only reason to stay at this hotel is for accessibility to the performance hall at Moda. Otherwise the customer service is lousy and the facilities need attention. Regarding facilities, the shower door would not stay closed and the tv malfunctioned. No one answered the phone when guest services were called. Inquires made at the desk resulted in very little.
