  The views from the balconies are unbeatable. We sat and watched the ferry come and go. The room was nice, large enough with updated furniture. The bathroom not updated however acceptable.Problem: The room was filthy. Once we noticed the dirt, we couldn't sleep in that room until we cleaned.   My husband and I were supposed to go there at the end of our 3 Month Rd. trip. On the way there we got into a minor car accident and I called the hotel who told me they were very sorry and they would refund my money and there would be no penalty for that. They have not refunded my money.   The view is really great and close to town. We found the bed to be comfortable and seemed clean. Unfortunately that's about all the positives I have to say about our stay there.The room is quite small and seems like once upon the time it must have been a lovely place to stay but whoever the owners are they are letting it lose all the love it was once given.   I was very impressed with location, simplicity and comfort of our room! We had a waterfront room, and while the balcony was in need of paint, it was stable and clean.   Amazing view and friendly staff!

  We booked the Premium King Room. Which was very spacious and clean. The view was beautiful, right by the oceanside which brightens up the room during the day time. We checked in late due to some issue with our trip, but Skeeter stayed and waited for us to arrive. Given that he had to stay late, past his shift, he was super nice and understanding.
