The place is stuck in the 60s. It’s old and tired, badly maintained, like a terrible airbnb, with zero service and unpleasant accommodations. The only small plus is the pool but it is also not great. This place needs massive renovation and improved service. How they call themselves a “resort” is ridiculous.The place is stuck in the 60s. Ignore the bad management and lies, and you might have a good time

Let's ignore the blatant lies told by the concierge and the light streaming into the room all night and the many minutes it takes to get hot water (in the desert). Let's ignore the room vibrations from a motor somewhere and the rattling of the light fixture. Let's ignore the lack of counter space in the kitchen. Let's ignore the bits of food on the floor. The Legacy is an okay, but the front staff needs to be more informed about how the snack bar works and needs to be more friendly and helpful. They would not even order a Uber driver for us!!! It was thanks to a wonderful server in the Trail's End Bar and Grill that helped us. She ordered a Uber driver for us. Room has not been upgraded in a very long time. The ground floor unit was very dark, hardly any sunlight came in. Shower faucet loose.
