Located about 3 kilometres north of Old Town Scottsdale, guests will find a vast amount of shopping, dining, art galleries, and nightlife close by.

The resort welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 378 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A wide range of sports and activities are offered at the resort, such as basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis, volleyball and golf. Alternatively, guests can try out jet skiing or, for a fee, water skiing. Sports options available to guests include aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments.

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. A delicious and varied buffet is freshly prepared at breakfast, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Our experience at the Doubletree Resort was great . The staff at the front desk was welcoming. A big thank you to Matt. The front desk director was absolutely awesome. Our room was great location thanks to Matt. It checked all our boxes for the room. The pools and the hot tub was clean and wonderful atmosphere. Resort was close to wonderful Restruants that the front desk recommended. Location was great for day trip to Sedona and Tucson.Already planning our next trip to the is resort.     Traveled in from the East Coast for a wedding and got into town early so I decided to stay at Doubletree Resort for a night before heading up to Pinetop. After a long travel day, I was glad that my check in process with Matt was so seamless. He was able to answer all my questions about the resort and what I should check out around town. He really set the tone for my stay. Everything was great, I especially loved the pool. The staff and service were top notch. If I ever find myself back in Arizona I’ll definitely be back because of just how great it was and how kind and accommodating the staff was.     Justin at the bar is absolutely fantastic! But what is up with the music? This is horrible music after my recent breakup and I don’t understandwhy it needs to be so sad and depressing. Why can’t we play upbeat music at a family resort where we’re trying to have fun?
