Alaizya welcomed us so warmly when we checked in and over heard we were looking for a printer and gladly helped us to get a few papers printed and then stamped documents that needed a notary!! She was amazing, warm, helpful and the kind of person who recognized people in need without being overbearing or intrusive. She was the best!! We will come back to see her for sure. Lobby makes this a bait and switch

Don’t let the lobby fool you. It’s nice that nice. As soon as I got odd the elevator I knew it. Rooms are very dated. Bathroom door is barn style and wouldn’t close. We had a suite and there isn’t a cooling vent in there. Instead it’s an exhaust fan that’s pulling the air. Leaving the bedroom freezing and other room hot. We also had ants. The staff were great and accommodating. We checked out and went to different hotel and they did refund us. Came to King of Prussia to see friends several times. Each time stayed in a different hotel. No need to look any further- the room and service make this the place to come back to from now on. The cookie on checking in, the personalized name on the tv when going to the room, and the ease of check out made it all personal. And I particularly want to thank Heather at the front desk- she was so much fun, engaging in a bit of banter, and friendly and helpful in a way that you would like after having been traveling for a while.
