    I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arriving in the room, it was apparent that cleanliness standards had not been properly maintained. Several areas of the room appeared dirty and in need of attention, which made for an uncomfortable experience.The most concerning issue occurred when a mouse was discovered in the room during our stay. Finding a rodent in a guest room is both unsanitary and unacceptable, and it significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our visit. The presence of a mouse raised serious concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the property.     All was fine, the location was very central, and the front desk people were patient and kind. Except that they didn't clean our room after asking 3 times, and they always said they had until 4:30 p.m. Never happened, and the housekeeping people were informed that we needed the service.

    From the moment my family and I checked into Home2 Suites by Hilton, (we’ve been there for about 2 months because of a recent fire) , we felt like part of a large family. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism. Two employees who truly stood out were Vikki at the front desk and Marcus from security. Both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable during our stay. Their exceptional customer service made a difficult time much easier, and we are very grateful for their care and dedication. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home.
