This is a great venue for event however, the hotel side seems to be an after thought. NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM OR FRONT DESK ABOUT ANYTHING IE internet, room service, gym, cocktail hour, hotel map!!!! Nothing... Hard copies would be nice. Not everyone is internet savvy. But even just front desk providing how to access info would be nice. The hotel is beautiful. The Madison hotel is very friendly place to stay. The Victorian atmosphere of this hotel is stunning. Our son's wedding was great. The staff were on the T in every step of the day. The day went without any hinge. I stayed at the MADISON hotel for a friend’s daughter’s wedding. The facility is very nice. Lots of casual places to get together together. pleasant overnight stay convenient to office and meeting place. Hotel staff was pleasant. My first night stay. My whole family was there for my daughters wedding. Most of the guests stayed at the hotel. The event went seamlessly.
