This distinctive boutique resort affords a fabulously well-kept spa area only two blocks from the centre of Palm Springs and 5 blocks from the Desert Museum.

Units include 68 rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were thorough and efficient. Wait staff were attentive and friendly. In-room food service was quick. Several employees at this boutique hotel left memorable impressions. The person who brought us a glass of water at check-in. He also took care of our bags right away. Bryan, a server at the pools, was really responsive and friendly. But frankly all of the staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. All of the front desk staff was super helpful in helping us resolve our final night stay so my daughters could stay in their separate room.
