Would not book here again.
All started well, but as time passed not so good. Bfast not served which we knew, however, muffins could have been provided with minimal costs. No hand soap by sink in bathroom. Had ongoing problem with toilet flushing. Tank would not fill & handle very hard to push. Then hair dryer almost caught on fire. Not really their fault but inconvenience. A nightmare
99% of employees, specially management were unprofessional, unresspecful even rude. After two flashes the water stop raining in the bathroom. The shower was so small it gave claustrophobia and I notice mold around it. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Stayed in several hotels over the years this is the loudest by far, it was like having a disco club in pool area for hours at night!!
