Resort needs updating, badly!

I stayed for 2 weeks. The bedding was very uncomfortable. The furniture was uncomfortable. The microwave needed to be repaired. They were aware, and did nothing about it! Microwaves leak radiation, which I was exposed to. Find another resort at Palm Shores! 160 college kids have taken over resort for 2 months- terrible experience.

We have stayed here several times before and it was wonderful but we are having a terrible experience this time. There are 160, yes 160 college kids here occupying 10 buildings and are staying for 2 months, Memorial Day- Labor Day. They have taken over the resort: pool, grounds and are extremely noisy and disruptive to the other guests. The resort doesn’t seem to know how to handle them and allows… We have stayed here several times before and it was wonderful but we are having a terrible experience this time. Unfortunately, our visit started off with the refrigerator not cooling properly and the door lock not working. Though the staff tried to help, and went out of their way to do so, the maintenance team was at another resort so it took two days to get the lock resolved (there were several rooms with same issue).
