The hotel itself needs updating & the beds are a back killer. However, the employees go above & beyond to make the stay great. I stayed here 4 nights while attending a conference at The Boca Hotel. The room was good size and very nice with a balcony. Bed was comfortable. It was a short about 10 min walk to my conference. Every morning I was greeted by a hotel associate - George. George was always upbeat and pleasant. Our conversation was a great way to start the day.My only negative was the flimsy plastic water cups. Value aweful and it should not classify for a luxury hotel no spa, carpet dingy, the tall foreign guys at the restaurant was an aweful server and I didn't let him serve me again. I told the manager DIANA SHE DID NOTHING. HOWEVER KENDRA WAS AMAZING AND DOESN'T DISERVE THIS RATETING.
