I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.I arrived Friday evening around 7:30 PM after checking in online and selecting my room in advance. The Embassy Suites Boca Raton is a great value for families considering the roomy suites, excellent made to order breakfast, cocktail reception every night and beautiful atrium facility which is bright and open and feels very safe to me. We had a reservation, but arrived to this location very early, not at all expecting to be able to get a room as early as we arrived, and we were fine with waiting until regular check-in time. The front desk staff member "Lou The Mayor" was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! He set us up with a comfortable place to wait and enjoy breakfast while he had a room prepared on the double.
