Worst guest experience I've had. Book at your own risk... I arrived with a PAID reservation for $420, only to be told the hotel had no record of it and that the room would actually cost $710 when I showed up. Despite acknowledging that these issues happen "all the time" (their words), the hotel management refused to offer any meaningful resolution, insisting it wasn't their responsibility. A great stop before our cruise

We had a wonderful stay before our Margaritaville cruise. They had a free shuttle, and Ross took us to lunch at Lili's Café. We had dinner at the hotel bar, and Patti served us Burger and a Cuban sandwich. We were also offered a Complimentary parking during the 5-day cruise and a free shuttle to the cruise port.
