Worst experience ever

This was the worst experience weve ever had and we love staying at Hilton. We were in town for a bodybuilding show and the staff was absolutely horrible and so rude! Lady in the morning running the breakfast was absolutely rude and horrible. Cleaning ladies gutted the room before we checked out and threw our belongings away. Then when we went back to the room we had to dig through THEIR trash to find our belongings. If I could give this hotel NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. DONT STAY HERE. Save up and try to stay somewhere else until its renovated.

Stayed in room 518 with for 4 days this past weekend. Had a few issues (tub and sink not draining, very squeaky bathroom door, fridge leaking). All issues were taken care of after two calls to maintenance. No attitude or push back from the folks at the front desk. So it was helpful to have the issues resolved after the first rough night. The room's are definitely ready for a full renovation. But if you are getting a very cheap company discount its not bad for a night or two. High points are the safety, breakfast, staff and location. Low points are the rooms, and door access around the property (pool lock broken, rear door broken etc.). I would probably save up and try to stay somewhere else until its renovated. I booked this hotel to be close to the airport as we had a very early flight. I have 2 young children so we booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed so my husband and I could sleep on the King and my children could sleep on the sofa bed. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was covered in mold and urine stains- absolutely filthy! The front desk staff was apologetic and accommodating and gave us a different room with 2 double beds. The new room, albeit better, was not very clean or in good shape. There were crumbs on the floor, rust on the light fixtures, shelves in the shower were broken off/missing, and there was a powerful scent of what I guess to be some kind of deodorizer to neutralize some kind of smell in the room. It was so over-bearing when we first went in that we had to leave the door open to air it out. The beds were not comfortable and had the "taco effect" where you slide into the middle of the bed because of the poor mattress. The common spaces in the hotel are lacking as there is only the small front lobby and that's it, resulting in us being trapped in our room for our stay with 2 young children which was not overly pleasant. For the price we paid I am really disappointed with the hotel overall. I booked it because it was a 4 star hotel- which is typically very nice- and this certainly does not meet the 4-star rating I was expecting. Even the front desk staff person commented "this is a really old building". Definitely will not be staying there again, and in the future will be cautious about believing a 4 star rating. Okay Hotel But Needs Updating

Decent hotel but for the Hilton brand it needs to up its game. Dated and really needs updating, especially the rooms. Gym was nice, staff was pleasant. Restaurant was nice but the most limited menu I think I have seen at a Double Tree. Nice gentleman working the bar. Wanted coffee in the evening and was surprised there was no coffee in the lobby, like you find in most all other properties. Check in was easy as they provided an early check in. UNREASONABLE Cancel Policy with TSA issue

I am a foreiner, and I booked a room for 3 night straight from 25-27 March 2026 at the rate of $600+ per night (about $2000 for 3 nights). On the 25th, I was stuck at the JFK airport due to TSA problem for 3+ hours, and missed the evening flight. The next flight was scheduled the next day 12 PM, 1 stop, 8 hours total. I arrived the hotel 9pm and they said my room was non-refundable CANCELED due to no-show policy. No matter how I explained and proved that I had had TSA delay issues, they refused to give me a room (as they let others rent it) and not even issued a partial refund. The night was cold and all adjacent hotels was full due to the boat show festival when I walked there. I was helped by my friend, finally, and stayed at his home for 2 nights. And luckily I am still able to keep the job.KEEP YOUR MONEY safe guys.
