Guests simply have to pass under the Walt Disney World sign to find the resort nestled amongst the Bonnet Creeks. Walt Disney World surrounds the hotel on three sides. Restaurants can be found in Downtown Disney, and bars and nightclubs can be found on Pleasure Island, each just around a 5-minute drive away. The centre of Lake Buena Vista is also just a few minutes away by car. The shops at the Orlando Premium Outlet are a 10-minute drive away, and Orlando itself is a 25-minute drive away. Cocoa Beach is approximately a 65-minute drive away. By car, it is around 18 minutes to Universal Studios Theme Park, 13 minutes to the SeaWorld theme park, 45 minutes to the Legoland theme park and 17 minutes to the Gatorland theme park. Orlando International Airport is only a 20-minute drive away from the hotel.
The resort has a lift and features 400 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
