Some confusion with hotel based Events during family reunion. Nothing that couldn't be worked out quickly with Karen's help. She was great! The Family enjoyed Roy as our bartender, too.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant the only issue was for 3 days the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.
