The room were very nice, but I noticed it because I had a blanket on the bed. They didn’t even attempt to make the bed andthey did not vacuum the floor because I know cause we had dropped pieces of potato chips and they were still on the floor when we went back the room later. The closet, refrigerator coffee area really should be separate and a little bit bigger. The staff were beyond exceptional. Great hotel with excellent amenities. Having restaurants steps away from your room is one of my favorite things on vacation. You can't beat rhe hotels location either! I'm surprised by some of the reviews because some of the complaints like being outdated or extra charges are really common if you travel regularly and did not affect our stay at all. We enjoyed our stay. At first there was a little issue with noise due to construction being done in the hotel. I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could ask for. Such as shaver, loofah, nail filer, cotton pads, sewing kit , and more.Parking was convenient and very inexpensive.
