Beware of overbooking and reservation changes last minute
Don’t book here unless you’re a timeshare owner. The reviews are accurate for the rest of us. Extra Holidays (can’t book direct through Wyndham) called an hour before my families check in, moved us to another resort a mile away, put us in 2 one bedrooms instead of our reserved 2 bedroom, splitting up my family with small children, and even said it’s normal during check in. Winter Newport Stay
This Wyndham is a great winter getaway, walking distance to everything. The 2 bedroom is huge with lots of space to hang out during the snowstorm, which was lovely to watch from our warm unit.This Wyndham is a great winter getaway, walking distance to everything. Gross and disappointing
Club Wyndham Onshore was disappointing. The room did not feel clean; carpets visibly dirty and worn, and dated furniture. Our room had a mouse that was not very shy and we saw it multiple times while waiting for the front desk to get back to us. We had to go down to the lobby to get it resolved. Great units.
This was our second time staying at Club Wyndham Onshore. The units are very large with a nice balcony and a smaller one on the back side. One bedroom has a large bathroom with a large tub which we never used. Would prefer a shower with glass door. There is a shower in the second bathroom off the kitchen.
