Perfect stop for multigeneration family travel

Immaculate hotel, conveniently located, friendly staff. Stayed 1 night after a 10 hr. travel day. It was a 97 degree day. Easy check in, well functioning luggage cart. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it's 4 ft deep at the deepest point, so perfect for 5 and 8 yr old splashfest. Thick, absorbent pool towels. Beds comfortable, lots of pillows, small mini market in lobby with kid friendly choices. Fridge and microwave in room. Well lit parking lot. Felt safe. Quiet hotel. Usual Hilton breakfast buffet. Had gluten free bagels! Appreciated the sliced almonds and dried cranberries for oatmeal. Appreciated the chilled citrus water in the lobby. Kids enjoyed PBS, Disney channel and Nickelodeon as a special treat. Fine except for barn door on bathroom

Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and shower/hot water all worked well. Pillows and bedding were just ok. Breakfast was the usual. I took a star off for the fact that the bathroom door did not lock or close all the was. It was a barn door - really stupid design. It closed enough to go past the door frame (just), so visually the bathroom is private, but was hung an inch or two out from the wall, meaning not a lot of sound privacy for those sensitive about that. I did not care for it, or the lack of lock. Just a dumb idea for a hotel room with two queen beds. Just returned from a pleasant 5 day stay, such a warm welcome from a very cheerful male receptionist after our long day of traveling, upgraded to a suite which was a nice touch too. The bar staff not the same each evening we were there but a knowledgeable young lady on shift 2 of our nights, she helped with our queries and loved to chat about to us and the rest of the games team one evening-a breath of fresh air. The breakfast is ok, not the healthiest and the coffee not always hot. Promptly closes at 10.00am with bins put in the breakfast room to tidy your paper plates/utensils/cups away- recycling not a strong point for this hotel-could do better for the environment. Clean new and updated can't complain about this location slept very good, and woke up rested staff is friednl6 plenty of food places around area , bar is located inside very nice , I will return for another stay when I am in the area , thankyou to the staff for giving me a wonderful stay

Great experience all around. We booked the Hampton Inn for our wedding party. Due to unfortunate circumstances this we booked only 4 weeks out from our wedding and they were more than accommodating. I worked with their head of sales Erica and she was amazing. She was always available if I had a question and was always quick with a response. She made a very stressful time much easier for us. The rest of the staff was great as well. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Definitely would recommend if you need somewhere to stay in the area.
