Excellent hotel
Well run hotel with great staff. Comfortable beds with soft touch linen. Clean rooms, spacious if you get the king room. Andy was an amazing help with helping with all our bags and made us feel right at home. Vibey lobby area. We enjoyed our stay.

Engineering to the rescue
Had a quick stop in the city and stayed at The Ludlow. I was in 1311 and opened the window/balcony. I couldn’t get the door to shut/lock. Engineering was deployed and Isaac was super helpful fixing the window quick and efficiently.
