It’s a nice hotel in Times Square. Very clean, and nicely maintained. Food is subpar but it’s NY and I was a local so I went to non touristy restaurants in NY. Overall this hotel is a beautiful addition to Times Square. Thank you for the champagne as well!…

I was here the morning of the Knicks parade and was really disappointed that the bar still wasn’t open until 11. There was a skeleton crew of servers assigned to the huge dining space, and maybe 50 - 60 people were just standing around waiting with more people…
