Amazing stay in NYC. Great area, rooms were on the small side but that is to be expected in the city. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean.

I would consider the stay at the hotel pleasant. There is a need for some improvements, such as hot water in the room, because in our 3-night stay, there was only hot water in the room once...

Excellent service in convenient location
Efficient rooms with fantastic city views of NYC skyline. Friendly staff, generous hot breakfast buffet, 2 stops from Penn Station. We've stayed twice this year and will be back!
