    The air-conditioner/heater did not work, and the receptionists (both of them) were very rude. I stayed in this hotel a year previously and it was ok, but this time it was awful.

    I paid nearly $500 per night and experienced one problem after another. Our original room had a known air conditioning issue. A technician told us the TV had to be removed for the AC to work...

    Dishonest facility fee, no coffee

    No coffee in the room? Or even in the lobby? $40 "facility fee" for no facilities? Forcing guests to pay the "facility fee" after they arrive is dishonest, it should just be included in the room rate.
