No hot water, no light in bathroom, someone else’s false eyelashes in bed, room felt like prison cell with no decor and grey concrete floors, noise in hallway and outside- unable to sleep

Horrible customer service. Spent almost 2 hours on hokd on the phone trying to fix a mistake on my reservation. No one rver picked up and i gave up.
