The hotel is located just a block from Bourbon Street and within easy walking distance of the Superdome and the Convention Center. Harrah's Casino, the French Quarter, New Orleans Arena and Jackson Square are also approximately 1.6 km from the hotel. New Orleans Airport is just 24 km away.

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 223 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.
