VERY POOR Experience
WE arrived at 2am after a late flight. a party of young people pulled in behind us and we had to listen to their party for hours. the second night load music from one room and a women crying in another. No contact means no one a the desk to address these issues, no coffee in the lobby just the 2 small cups from the room coffee maker. Had a great family break here early in the renovation - must be fabulous by now!

Random Fire Alarms, Mobility Obstacles, and Check-In Issues - Oh My!
Let me start by saying the check-in system is chaotic and confusing, especially to those who aren’t tech-savvy despite what the ownership will say in response to this. Thank god James was there at the desk to get myself and the rest of our out of town friends checked in. Horrible horrible experience. My first room had a bunch of cockroaches. We got moved to another room and the second room had mouse poop in it. I am still waiting for a refund back. Do not stay here.
