Don’t buy the breakfast
We just checked out after a one night last minute stay. Everything was fine except the $18 breakfast. I realize tthe free breakfast doesn’t happen at many higher end hotels anymore but they said there was a “hot breakfast” buffet for $18. Luggage Carts for All!
We are on a road trip up to Nova Scotia from Florida. We are travelling with our golden retriever, his crate, and assorted stuff plus our things. Therefore, the one amenity we really need is a luggage cart to get everything from the car into the room. This morning, my husband went in search of a luggage cart so we could check out, load the car, and leave. There were no carts to be found! Customer service at its worst. Lost a bunch of items when moving rooms as we had a group booking but they got all our rooms wrong forcing me to share a bed with my roommate. Very rushed transition to new rooms hence lost a couple of stuff in the old room. Hotel very clean, safe, staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Strengths: Location of the property is convenient, just off I-95.Lobby is welcoming and mostly up to date. Hallways are clean. Room HVAC worked fine.
