Staff is excellent! Nice hotel
What is most notable about this hotel? The service!!We arrived late so we called ahead and “Moni” got us all checked in. We had 3 rooms so once we got there we just picked up the keys. There was another guy that was super helpful - from Jamaica and my uncle kept playing Jamaican music when he went in the lobby. I think his name was Laenroy or something like that. He told us where to eat and one BB… What is most notable about this hotel? The service!!We arrived late so we called ahead and “Moni” got us all checked in. And Bob at the front desk was the most sincere and friendly host we’ve ev… If not the best, one of the best stays we ever had. Not for the older business travelers
Stayed here for a week for a conference being held at the Music City Center. The room are very small and lack basic hotel amenities like draws, closet, luggage rack. The desk is on wheels and very small. The only place to sit in the room is the desk chair which you can barely get into due to the bed being so close. There is a small mini fridge in the room under a table. The room was clean and HVAC… Stayed here for a week for a conference being held at the Music City Center.
