Disgustingly Dirty!
Our room was disgustingly dirty and I almost wondered if I was being pranked. Looking back, I should have complained and asked for a different room, but I was tired and just wanted to sleep and get through the night. I was shocked how dirty and run down the room was. The arrival staff also was not very helpful. When I check in, the front desk staff was outside smoking (I arrived around 11pm). They came back inside when I got out of my vehicle. They were pleasant during the check in process. Bed and pillows where great. The mirror over the bathroom sink was horrible looking. Needs replacing or painted, it was plastic. Carpet in the hallway was pretty nasty in some spots.pool looked awful and was green. Unfortunately our room faced it. Front desk beautiful girl was supper nice and friendly. Absolutely disgusting stay. The first thing we saw when walking into our room was a cockroach running behind the entertainment center. The ice bucket had a gum wrapper, dirt, and even more roaches. Clearly no cleaning or pest control is happening here. Completely ruined our night in Nashville and left us feeling uncomfortable and grossed out.
