Our stay has been amazing! The rooms are impeccable and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We ate at Bob’s and it was perfect for a night in at the hotel; great steaks, the most delicious old fashioned we’ve ever had, and the bread pudding is next level mouth watering! We had breakfast at “the Kitchen” and Rasha made this feel like more than just a meal! The food was great but her customer servi… Our stay has been amazing! Pool was closed. No continental breakfast. Room was never cleaned during our stay, even after requesting it to be cleaned. Had ro request fresh towels and bathroom supplies.Pool was closed. I really wanted to love this place. The location is great, and the staff was pretty great too. The hotel was not. It is old and showing a ton of wear and age. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the whole time we stayed there. There was a massive flood from a sprinkler head the day we checked in and we were not warned about it, so we stepped out of an elevator to soggy carpet and loud… I really wanted to love this place.
