Had a brilliant three night stay here. Uber clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing staff especially in the breakfast dining room and the two who run the coffee pod, a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast food was the best food I’ve ever had in a hotel. Some claim yes, but I stand by it. Free water as well. This is how it should be. Thank you Loews. Service was consistently excellent. Front desk staff were very accommodating, providing restaurant recommendations and sites to see. The hotel has a number to text when anything is needed. We used it to obtain shaving cream after losing ours to a vigilant tsa agent. The system worked great.Only minor negative is that the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good. But the food was delicious. Had an amazing kids free staycation here. Jaime from Louisiana the concierge lady was so sweet from check in to check out she was treating us like royalty. We got upgraded to stay at the club level which the rooms are newly renovated they felt super new and modern. The bed felt heavenly and we were able to sleep like babies.
