Kalisa Meeks at the front desk was very helpful and I can’t say enough about Rosmery Mesa the convention center manager was so helpful in regards to the trade show event at the hotel. I’ve done a lot of trade ashows and Rosmery was by far the most helpful in the 50 plus trade shows I have done at hotels and convention centers. Upon arrival our room was not ready, which did create a stress for us, as we were heading to a hockey game that evening. However Ms. Kay was extremely helpful and great getting us taken care of, removing any stress we had immediately. We went to the game and upon our return she had gone above and beyond to ensure we were all set.
