Yuck
Property is very run down and overall just dirty. The mattress was worn out years ago and room was just plain gross. Air/ heat didn’t work properly, room smelled sour, multiple features broken in the room. Carpet was filthy. Furniture was either broken, or chipped. Front desk complaining about issues in front of guests. Other hotels were sold out so could not move. We stayed 3 days, paid over $600… Property is very run down and overall just dirty. Good stay at Hampton Vanderbilt
Stayed here for Valentines Day. The hotel is nice; some converted building with an interesting layout. The room was spacious and clean, everything in working order. Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Parking is expensive at $42 per day. Avoid this hotel
I would avoid staying at this hotel. First, cleanliness is an issue. According to the front desk and signs in the room, rooms are visited by house cleaning every other day. I stayed for a week, Wednesday to Wednesday. The room was cleaned by hotel staff once. On my last night's stay, I was locked out of my room due to a dead battery on the door's electronic lock. Due to the late hour, the front de… I would avoid staying at this hotel. First, cleanliness is an issue. Thank you during Nashville storm
This hotel was amazing providing rooms and flexibility during the Nashville winter storm. All agents were friendly, caring, and responsive. It is an older Hampton but well-kept and clean.
