Very clean and still has the new smell and feel atmosphere.

2nd stay here during our travels in last 6 months. Place is very clean & has the new smell & feel atmosphere. Coming back again in June. Was disappointed about not being upgraded. I called prior to arriving to ask she confirmed I am a “Gold” status & said check in when I arrive. On previous stays at other facilities when I’ve called they took care of it prior to based on availability, avoiding me waiting in line, etc after a long day of travel. When I arrived I asked & she handed me a key, I again asked about an upgrade & was told no availability, I really don’t think she checked. TV in room did not have the welcome with my name on it and one side of bed the mattress was broken, needs to be thrown out.

Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and very helpful. Stephanie has such a welcoming personality and was so nice to us every time we saw her. What a wonderful person!! Second time staying for location only. Front desk staff is dismissive even though I’m a Hilton diamond member. On site bar is for looks only. Has never been open on a weekend night that we’ve been here. Hampton Inns are a lower class of hiltons but don’t advertise something that is never open. Had to pay for parking as a diamond member when it’s usually waived. No snack offered just waters. I would be embarrassed as the hotel manager for the lack of normal amenities associated with the hotel brand. We hate to lose you as a dedicated guest, and I hope we can rectify the manner.

Decent enough, but…….

Nice enough place. Seemed clean. But the weird part is that this HI seems to be fairly recent as it is the newer model type, but they have no USB ports in the rooms. I stay in hotels all the time and can’t remember a hotel where they didn’t have any at all. Just strange LaToya Needles, General Manager at Hampton Inn by Hilton Nashville Airport Century Place, responded to this review hank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that your stay at Hampton Inn Airport Century Place did not meet your expectations, and I want to sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your room and the service you received. Rude, condescending and disrespectful. Issues with check in and employee could not smoothly handle it. Disregarded guests. Also, Front desk did not greet properly as Hilton Honors member. Issues with check in. They had no idea how to handle it in a manner to show respect to guests. Hotel vans were always parked blocking entrance and drive. Rooms not identified as pet rooms. Guests with allergies suffer. Breakfast was not the best. Not great quality.
