  Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and very helpful. Stephanie has such a welcoming personality and was so nice to us every time we saw her. What a wonderful person!!   Second time staying for location only. Front desk staff is dismissive even though I’m a Hilton diamond member. On site bar is for looks only. Has never been open on a weekend night that we’ve been here. Hampton Inns are a lower class of hiltons but don’t advertise something that is never open.   Nice enough place. Seemed clean. But the weird part is that this HI seems to be fairly recent as it is the newer model type, but they have no USB ports in the rooms. I stay in hotels all the time and can’t remember a hotel where they didn’t have any at all.   Rude, condescending and disrespectful. Issues with check in and employee could not smoothly handle it. Disregarded guests. Also, Front desk did not greet properly as Hilton Honors member. Issues with check in. They had no idea how to handle it in a manner to show respect to guests. Hotel vans were always parked blocking entrance and drive. Rooms not identified as pet rooms.
