  I stayed at the hotel on a road trip from New York to Dallas to watch England in the World Cup. The hotel is modern and very clean with friendly staff. The happy hour for the rooftop pool/bar was great value with $5 for a draft beer. Very friendly service there too. Parking is close and I walked downtown/Broadway and back and felt very safe.   My husband and I traveled through Nashville on our way to Florida and stayed at this lovely hotel. Parking was easily accessible and the room clean and comfortable. Louise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had called prior to our arrival and she remembered us at check-in, going the extra customer service mile.   This hotel was in a good location, and clean. They have a great rooftop bar, with an amazing view. Parking is easy in the garage attached to it. When we checked in, the girl did not input our license plate into reservation. When we left the next day, the garage assumed we were hourly Parkers and charged us $84 (hotel charge is $40).   Don’t stay at this hotel. The lobby furniture is dirty and falling apart. The rooms are equally outdated and the bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom has mold in it and the shower door didn’t close right. Not to mention the cabinets coming apart. The fire system wasn’t working and no one tells you that when you book the room.
