First the good. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the evening reception. Unfortunately, the good ends there. I will say AFTER the renovations are done I do think this will be a better hotel, but I would not stay there until then. Hopefully management will fix all the issues. 1. The staff were nice, but the hotel and room were not clean or maintained well at all. The bathroom was dirty. The light fixtures had a lot of rust. The shower tiles and grout had mold. One of the towels had visible grime (not a stain) from a previous guest. The ceiling had multiple, obvious repairs from water damage, and the repairs were done poorly. This hotel is in need of a refurb. I am not sure about the glowing reviews - it's mediocre. It gets the job done. - Had to ask for earplugs from road and street noise. Grumpy dude at counter will get some for you. - Toilet burbled on it's own and this putrid smell came up. - Door at Floor 3 from parking has the door handle jammed.
