My sister and have booked this hotel for years when we come into town for CMA festival. We have always been pleased with our stay. This past last visit, I arrive a bit earlier than scheduled check in time and Jonathan O. could hear how exhausted I was and he was so kind and thoughtful. Been to Embassy Suites in Nashville & Miami. While the rooms are excellent, the parking situation bugs me. You have to go thru a gate to park your car. I believe I was charged for parking in Nashville. I'm just used to free parking for customers. I left my camera bag worth over 3k like a complete idiot. I went back the same day and they said nothing was turned in and to call the next day for whatever manager. I called the next day and they said to submit my claim on “Ileftmystuff.com”, WHY NOT TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING?? At this point it had already been 2 f’ing days.
