Incorrect Charge With No Resolution

I have stayed at this property many times in the past and never had an issue until this stay. I was incorrectly charged $60 for a late checkout, even though I did not check out late. Marriott did a great job with the iconic Preston. The entrance was inviting, clean, and spacious. The pantry had the essentials ++. Room was very large, and comfortable and it was super clean and tidy. Service exceptional with front ofc staff. Hotel is under construction. Stayed to be close to the airport with a restaurant onsite. Restaurant is closed, room was NOT READY with construction debris in the shower and an unflushed, dirty toilet. Stay somewhere else until construction complete!!!!!Hotel is under construction.
