THE hotel is DATED for sure and becoming shabby. BUT the STAFF are amazing friendly attentive and apologetic for the lack of management It's a shame when line employees have to apologize for NO buffet, and being alone on a weekend I don't know all the names of the staff BUT again staff is why I would come back to stay MGMT should be ashamed and probably fired for not staffing the hotel properly an… THE hotel is DATED for sure and becoming shabby. Room wasn't all that dated, some nice work has been done, still has the old tub though. Biggest problem is the old socks smell. Other members of my party who had other rooms reported the bad smell as well. Also many reviews mention a washing machine or laundry room, sorry as of Feb 2026, no more. Definitely would not stay here if I was paying for with my own money. I was staying there for business… Room wasn't all that dated, some nice work has been done, still has the old tub though. AVOID!!!EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!This hotel, and specifically our room, does not live up to the standard that I expect from Hilton, even at a "lower end" property! I have been Diamond with Hilton for nearly 30 years, and rarely have a complaint.Our shower is cold.
