We lived in Naples for many years prior to this stay. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a review for a hotel but this hotel deserves one. From beginning to end, it was an outstanding experience. We had one minor problem in our room, and Jeff was very accommodating in taking care of the problem. My wife, who is extremely particular about cleanliness, said it is one of the cleanest hotel rooms she has… We lived in Naples for many years prior to this stay. We had a wonderful stay in September, our second trip to the Inn at Pelican Bay in lovely Naples. The rooms are nice with beautiful views and the hotel provides a nice daily breakfast. The staff goes above & beyond to assure their guests have a wonderful time. Mandy, Ken, Keenan and all of their employees take great pride in their service. What a lovely hotel. It was all the extra little touches such as 2 case stands, a clothes steamer as well as an iron, umbrella etc in the room that made all the difference. So much thought and care has gone into this hotel and it shows. Breakfast outside on the patio was such a wonderful start to the day and the donuts and coffee throughout the day were much appreciated.All the staff were so helpf… What a lovely hotel.
