Noisy room with horrible truck noise from I 75 all night long! Some trucks even shook the building. The hotel hallways and our room and bedding smelled like body odor. Lots of truckers and utility workers staying here. No fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs at breakfast. Never again!

The Hampton inn was good. The people are what make it great. The hotel is older and could use some updating for that area, but the staff is friendly, welcoming and the property is kept very clean. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all very friendly. The hotel is clean. The only thing I don't like is the "wall unit" AC/Heat right under the window. Those switching on/off all night caused me not to get a restful sleep. The bed was fine, i prefer softer. The pool needed some cleaning as it had lots of leaves. I had an issue but the manager, Jeff, resolved it right away and satisfactorily. A bit overpriced for the age of the hotel, but it served a purpose. Great staff. Very nice hotel and location

We stayed two nights and the Hampton Inn was great. Room was available early, very clean, comfy bed, large bathroom. Lobby was inviting, TV’s plenty of seating and breakfast was very good. We used the gym and the pool also. Couple of restaurants near by to walk to if you don’t have a car. Our rooms were comfortable and no issues with traffic noise or other rooms. I am a regular customer here and I love this location. It is always very clean and comfortable. All of the staff members are way above par. I don't know every employee's name, but I can say with certainty that Michael and Jessica (at the front counter) are courteous and welcoming. I tell all my friends to try this location. The rooms were very uncomfortable. You can feel the humidity in the room and the sheets were damp from the moisture. The room smelled wet and damp. The tiles reeked of cleaning solution. Lamp shades were ripped. Will not return again to this property.
