Not a true timeshare exchange value
The timeshare I own includes a studio unit. My resorts studio units have large rooms, king bed, full kitchen, large bathroom, dinning table, sleeper couch with and a generous outdoor patio. The exchange we got at this Wyndham Resort was something very similar to a nice hotel room. It only had one double bed so my husband and I had to sleep on separate beds. A wonderful experience right on the beach
Interesting that others reported small rooms and no ocean view. We had a GREAT room that was ocean facing, had a balcony with seating and, a sitting room with couch and TV that closed off from the bedroom area. The lazy river was fun and I loved the fact that they have a large outdoor hot tub as well as a second one that under the covered area if the weather is bad. Forced to move 35 miles away
We arrived at Club Wyndham Towers On The Grove only to find out that Wyndham moved us from our reserved resort on the beach to another Wyndham property 35 miles away, in a different city, over a mile from the beach. We drove over three hours from home to spend a week on the beach. We told Wyndham we did not want to move and were told they had no choice, they were overbooked. No view & Cut Up
Only view was to street and parking garage across the street. No view of Ocean at all. Our unit was really cut up and small. Guest bedroom had no windows and nearly no furniture.
