Even though the company that hired me took all the steps to book me ahead of time and have everything arranged appropriately, as soon as I got to the hotel from a late international flight, the hotel front desk representative informed me that the hotel had overbook and that I needed to go to another hotel. They don't tell you about a $25 parking fee in advance. I was told by person who checked me in he was not going to charge me for parking until the next day as it may be waived. He charged me when I checked in. We stayed here on 2/22 during an incredibly stressful situation — my 86-year-old mother had fallen and broken her leg and needed surgery the next morning. With a storm (ahem, blizzard) approaching, we chose to stay close to the hospital.
